Anadrol properties
The Oxymetholone molecule is very similar to the Oxandrolone and Drostanolone molecules – all three are derivatives of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), in all three the changes were made exclusively in the first ring. Like Oxandrolone, Oxymetholone is anticatabolic (inhibits the synthesis and secretion of cortisol), but weaker than its “brother”.
Oxymetholone molecules have an affinity for estrogen receptors, but if Drostanolone blocks these receptors, then oxymetholone, on the contrary, activates them. Therefore, Oxymetholone itself has estrogenic activity. In addition to estrogenic, Oxymetholone also has progestogenic activity, but much weaker. In any case, this anabolic steroid greatly inhibits the production of its own testosterone, as well as spermatogenesis.
Physical Effects of Anadrol
As already mentioned, Anadrol is a very weak anabolic. But due to its clear anti-catabolic “abilities” and its inherent estrogenic and progestogenic activity, Anadrol itself can give good weight gain. Although most of the recruited weight is water.
An interesting fact is that Anadrol can be considered a good “fat burner” – due to its anti-catabolic properties in general. It is sometimes used for “cutting”, but only for a very limited period (1-2 weeks) – due to the ability of this anabolic steroid to bind water.
Dosages
The minimum dosage of Oxymetholone from Magnum Pharmaceuticals is 50 mg (1 tablet) per day, but the effect is also minimal. This dose is best suited for beginners. The optimal dose for more experienced steroid users is 100-150 mg per day. The best dose for women is no more than 25-50 mg per day.
It is recommended to divide the daily dose into 2 or 3 doses (the half-life of Anadrol is not clearly defined and is between 7-15 hours). The duration of the cycle should be 4 weeks, a maximum of 8 weeks for men and a maximum of 6 weeks for women.
Combination with other anabolic steroids
Anadrol is an almost ideal partner for testosterone. Among other things, it is able to prevent the conversion of testosterone to DHT and thus increase its effectiveness. Furthermore, during muscle growth cycles, Anadrol can be combined with Boldenone or Methenolone ( Primobolan ). Even females can try the last combination.
Simultaneous reception of Anadrol and Nandrolone is completely excluded!
If you decide to use Anadrol during the “drying” period, be sure to combine it with injectable Stanozolol. True, this significantly increases the load on the liver, which means that taking hepatoprotectors is inevitable. It is undesirable to combine Anadrol and Trenbolone .
Side effects
Anadrol very strongly suppresses the body's own testosterone secretion as well as spermatogenesis: the amount of ejaculation decreases sharply during its intake, so you need to be prepared for this.
As for the effect of Anadrol on the liver, it can be called relatively mild. For example, stanozolol “affects” this vital organ more strongly (however, if the dose of Anadrol exceeds 200 mg per day, its negative effect on the liver is noticeable).
